The Development of independence the child’s third year of life in a family environment.
Currently, the character of family education in modern Russia is very variable and depends on many conditions, but a major in the education of children up to three years for most parents remains concern about their health and hygiene care. Good food, necessary clothing and care for the baby, regular hygiene and operating procedures (bathing, walking, massage, exercise), regular monitoring of child health is the main concern of the parents. However, the main indicator of good child development is not only the proper physical development, and the absence of disease, but also timely mental development. The mental development of the child rarely becomes the subject of attention of parents.
The most important element in shaping the psyche of the young child, as noted in pre-school pedagogy and child psychology, is the development of independence and the emergence of the ability to establish links between action and result, the presence of a variety of motor actions carried out in the subject activity. According to scientists in the field (B. G. Ananiev, A. V. Zaporozhets, I. Loginova, A. M. Fonarev, etc.) autonomy needs to be developed from infancy.
Modern studies have indicated that the formation of self-help skills and cultural and hygienic skills is important in developing the child’s personality. The role of labour toddler self is so great that its influence on the identity of the child cannot be compensated by any other kind of activity. Timely study of the processes of self-service gives the child the opportunity to assert themselves, to feel independent and capable. The necessity of purposeful work of the organization of this process is proved in the works of V. I. Loginova, E. N. Gerasimova, M. V. Kruijt and others.
In recent years the problem of the development of independence of children of the third year of life in the context of the family reflected in the methodological literature, as well as in educational programs (“Scarce”, “Sources”). They, along with other educational tasks, demands for the formation of the child’s self-service and cultural and hygienic skills. However, not accurately reflected the criteria to assess independence and levels of mastery of self and the cultural and hygienic skills.
Thus, there is a contradiction between the new living conditions that determine the autonomy of the child and the willingness of parents to accept the child’s independence. Highlighted the contradiction indicates the urgency of the problems of the development of autonomy in children the third year of life in a family environment.
The object of research is the development of autonomy in children the 3rd year of life in a family environment.
Subject of research – the organization of pedagogical education of parents on the development of children’s autonomy in cultural and hygienic skills, and self-service.
Objectives of the study:
To study the psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem.
To reveal the peculiarities of family influence on the development of independence of children of the third year of life.
To develop the project of pedagogical education of parents on the development of independence of children 3-year life.
Research hypothesis: We believe that in conditions of the modern family in children of the third year of life and the development of autonomy occurs spontaneously and requires pedagogical education of parents on this issue.
It is possible to predict that the pedagogical education of parents to be effective when used with:
various means of propaganda (memo – guidelines for parents),
annotated literature on the upbringing of children 3-year of life,
children’s literature that may accompany the process of development of self-reliance in children.

The study solved the task and the necessity of doing special work in the family, aimed at the development of independence in children of the third year of life.
In the course of the experiment revealed that self-reliance skills are still inadequate, but they are formed in children spontaneously situational.
